There is a $35 application fee for any person, 18 years of age or older that will be residing in the household. We are unable to "Hold" a property until we receive the security deposit in full.  

Pets are on an owner approval basis with a $250 per pet non-refundable pet fee, unless otherwise specified, for all listings.
