Erica answered our questions quickly, even on the weekend or outside of normal business hours. She also worked with us prior to our move, emailing us and/or showing us houses via FaceTime. She was extremely flexible with her schedule, showing us houses at night or on the weekend. She has even followed up with us after closing to ensure we had a great buying experience and to make sure we had no issues with our house. As a real estate agent myself in another state, when I had to deal with my mothers house in New Mexico, I was determined to get a good agent. I interviewed 4 agents and from the first conversation I knew Michelle was on her game. Frequently you end up dealing with an agent that just fell into a deal. Michelle is as professional as they come. She knows how things work, she doesn't miss a beat. From the time I told her she would be my agent, to the time she got an offer to us, to the signing, and funding was less than 30 days. You can't ask anymore than that.

Michelle has helped my family with both commercial and residential properties. In the process she has become more like family than an agent. Because we are not local, she has voluntarily undertaken many duties and spent countless hours working on title and estate problems, septic, survey, plumbing, inspections, utilities among other problems. Clearly her performance has exceeded our expectations of traditional agent responsibilities. Throughout the process she has kept us well informed and advised.
